I had a very disappointing experience working with this office. While I think they are highly skilled as accountants, the customer service is really poor. There was a lot of fear mongering about being audited, and almost every conversation was negative rather than directed at finding the best tax strategy for my business and personal affairs. When I requested a second copy of my tax returns, I was condescendingly scolded for not having retained my own copy. I was then told that I would be charged to get a copy of my tax returns sent to me by regular mail, even though they could have been emailed with almost no effort. When the copies arrived in the mail, they had handwritten comments that were derogatory. I would not recommend using this business.
