My family has been extremely happy with our Vibrant internet service. However, the number listed on their website to call for assistance—in this case to simply ask them to halt our seasonal lake cabin internet for the winter— took 20 minutes.nHey Vibrant, how about providing the ability to temporarily halt service on your website or providing enough staff to answer your phones?nThe humans that I spoke to were polite and helpful, but really, 20 minutes to request a disconnect?

My installation was just about perfect. The crew arrived when scheduled, installed the underground fiber in about an hour and left the yard in good condition. The next morning at 8 AM my router was hooked up precisely where it needed to be and is working perfectly. The router was all set to go and internet speed slightly exceeded what was promised. Overall it was very professionally done and I couldn't be more satisfied.
