Mediterranean Market

I have shopped at both Kelowna and Vernon locations for years and always enjoy the unique products from Europe, the pastas, and deli. I had fantastic meat and cheese platters prepared by Lucy at the Vernon location for my wedding. Very impressive! They have small or large platters- all mine were large and fed a LOT of people! They are customizable- if you like some olives or a combo of meats and cheese on one plate, they can do that. Each tray is a specific weight and they are pretty hefty. I asked for rolled up rosettes in the middle and they looked amazing and the selection was perfect. Everything tasted fresh and I discovered many things I never would have tried otherwise. Trays are black and sturdy with covers. Definitely worth it if you have a big gathering of people or like to make your own sandwiches. Order in advance and make room in your trunk!

I've been coming here for years and they've never let me down! The prices are competitive, the sales are better than the big shops. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and keep the place in outstanding shape. The deli meat section is where the best action is, and the cheese selection is A+. But don't sleep on the pastas or sauces!

This store has the best/largest pasta selection we’ve seen in the Okanagan. It also has a great olive oil selection, an outstanding meat and cheese counter and many other grocery items you need for your pantry. The prices are fair and the staff is efficient, organized and friendly. We’re regulars here.

Went for cold cuts today, Lady behind deli counter had gloves on, and was on her phone...she asked what I would like, I said for her to change her gloves...She either didn't hear me, or chose to ignore my request...Handled my order without changing gloves...I should have left...Not impressed...I hope they read this and change their policy/attitude regarding food handling

Wonderful little market and deli with so many products to see. Just stay away from the cheese counter or you're not walking out without some!!

Lots of unique items here, and gluten free stuff too. Great deli with lots of meat and cheese varieties. Just note, they do not accept credit cards but you can pay with debit.

Many choices for different dietary needs. Fun to browse. Knowledgeable staff.

I stopped at the Market at 1045am on Feb 10 to grab a couple of things. My hands we a little full and as I left the deli counter to head to cashier who was standing there watching me as she had no customers I dropped one of the olives. My bad. I should have got a basket but I thought I could make the 10 steps to the cashier. She loudly pointed out that is why they have baskets at the front door. I agreed and said my bad, you could also have offered assistance when you saw me struggle. I proceeded to the cashier to pay while the other worker got me some olives. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT I DROPPED had the cashier not proceeded to tell me why baskets are at the front entrance. I again reminded her she also could have offered to help as that would be good customer service. I paid for my order and as I was leaving she said remember next time there are baskets at the front. I replied don’t worry I won’t be back.

We are fairly new to Vernon. But this is our go to deli. Great selection and friendly helpful staff.
