I had my first visit for a foot issue, and it was truly a fantastic experience! Dr. Jessica displayed remarkable attention to detail and patience during my consultation. She accurately identified my issue and provided immediate treatment. Additionally, the receptionist, Tammy, was incredibly friendly and welcoming!
I’ve been going to MediFeet for the past few years and just returned from picking up my new orthotics. Dr. Jessica Kim truly cares about your well being and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve never been rushed and all of my questions and concerns are always addressed. Booking an appointment is easy using the online system although the Receptionist is only a call away and very pleasant and helpful. Parking is sometimes available on Thomas Street at no charge. There is also a paid lot within walking distance to the office
I have been taking my elderly parents here and found myself recently requiring the services of a chiropodist. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. It's clean, professional, operate with fresh sterile equipment and a very friendly and helpful manner. I am someone who has had extensive training with respect to the spread of viruses, and this clinic ABSOLUTELY meets the safety requirement and takes the health and safety of its patients quite seriously. Again, I absolutely HIGHLY recommend this clinic for anyone who requires orthotics or the services of a chiropodist.
I have ingrown also diabetic, Jessica.Neha and of course Tammy Are absolutely amazing. Jessica and Neha, Know the solution and take their time, And most shows so much empathy. Tammy is always there to accommodate, Make sure to fit you into your appointments, And always make sure that it’s suitable for yourself. She’s the face of the company ! Customer Service doesn’t get recognized and I just want to say Tammy deserves to get recognized as she shows so much empathy and as I said before accommodates. All three of these ladies are phenomenal. I would recommend this place over and over. Ladies, keep up the good work you’re all awesome.
My experience with Neha and the team at Mississauga North has been nothing but pleasant and trusting her with the resolution of my foot issues arising from years of steel toe footwear use and long continuous hours on my feet has been easy! Reasonable service pricing, efficient and courteous service: what else could one ask for!!
Great job on the orthotics, I’ve been getting them for the past 15 years from other places. These are my first with Medi clinic and by far the best. They feel great. Jessica is great
I was suffering from an ingrown toenail, for the last 2 months, Drs Neha and Jessica attended to me, they certainly tried a lot of options until there was no choice but to cut the nail out. TBH a lot was my own fault not looking after my nails They educated me. For the operation I was really scared, of both the numbing and the op, I felt so embarrassed but Dr.Neha was so patient and understanding. EVERY part of the op was advised to me, so no shocks, Both she and Jessica are very capable Drs. I would def recommend medifeet. I will be regularly visiting them for follow up and maintenance ! PLEASE look after your feet or you will regret it : Oh to walk without pain or limping , amazing!!!!
Outstanding support. I recently had orthotics made with MediFeet, and I can truly say that they care about their customers and their satisfaction. You don’t really get to see that nowadays. Would recommend!
I have been taking my elderly father with dementia to MediFeet for quite some time now. We were first going to see Tau at the Clarkson location. Even though Tau is extremely professional, kind and caring, we decided with winter approaching to try the Streetsville location, as it is much closer. Today, we are happy to report that we experienced the same incredible service and kindness from everyone at the Streetsville MediFeet location. Even though she had never seen him before today, Neha was so precise, getting right to the root of his issue and pain, and dealing with it so efficiently and effortlessly. You are incredible Neha! Right from booking the appointment, to the absolutely spotless facilities, to the foresight to ensure that my Dad with his mobility issues was slotted in as the first appointment of the day. Tammy was also incredible, opening the back door so he wouldn't have to walk too far, and was happy to do the same on our departure, all with a smile! Thanks to both of the Clarkson and Streetsville MediFeet locations, for taking such great care of my Dad!
Neha was very caring. She answered all my questions. She made my toe feel better immediately. She was very thorough and gave me information that was very useful. Mira who greeted me was very cheerful and helpful in addressing my questions as well
