Too many incompetent secretaries who think and act as if they are the specialist, Doctor, nurse, who are extremely rude and loud. The ask the most unnecessary questions , and play Russian telephone amongst themselves which causes confusion and delay. However for the professional staff such as the nurses and doctors, very nice and efficient , quick . They remain focus at their task 5stars for the professional staff only.
I was reading some poor reviews and am very confused. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful with me. Sarah especially has helped me tremendously throughout the process of transitioning to this clinic. I am now finally on track to actually solving my health issues as a direct result of her help. Nothing but positive feelings toward the clinic and Dr. Feratovic as well. Thank you!
The services is always very fast and the secretaries are very efficient. I had to go for a x-ray for my 3 year old, they were very patient and professional.
My Dr.Minh Ha Vo is awesome who has helped me with my depression and also Ida the secretary is so calm and professional when speaking to her ..
This clinic is horrible. The people are not only rude but they are very unprofessional. Elianor the receptionist is the worst of all, she ask you the wrong questions, on a rude tone, and blame you for dismissing informing her some informations. When you give her back her own attitude she start yelling. She even think she is someone who can cancel your appointment for an xray/mammogram/whatever diagnostic test because she has a power trip. So don’t go there if you want a test for a diagnostic or your parents don’t speak french or english, the people there are not understanding and don’t understand the importance of the test they are doing. You might not get your test because of the receptionist power trip.
He is rude, condescending and cares nothing about his patients. I asked him to refer me back to my orthopedic surgeon. He said he is not calling all over town. This is how he is. He also missed something very important in my blood tests. I will NEVER go back.
Had an appointment on the 3rd floor clinic. The receptionist was on the phone for literally 5 minutes on a personal call before acknowledging me. Very very unprofessional.
I've been to this clinic a few times with an appointment, everything went well and was normal. The clinic is modern, clean and well equipped. The wait depends on the doctor and should not be reflected on the clinic. The secretaries became more friendly with me as I became a familiar face and they saw I was always respectful and polite, but they always did their job right from the beginning and they call to confirm the appointment a few days in advance.
First appointment today. Waited more than an hour after my appointment time. One of the secretaries was not nice at all. I think the secretary needs a refresher on how to speak to customers. I have no choice to go to this clinic, this is where my Family Doctor is. I just hope it's not like this every visit...a little stressful.
Absolutely terrible service. Was on hold for almost 30 minutes just to have the secretary not even try to be helpful. She just seemed like she wanted to get the phone call ended as quickly as possible. I don't know why you'd choose to work as a secretary at a clinic if you don't want to try to help people but i guess to each their own.
