At the scheduled time, I was seen by the clinical nurse who prepared my file for Dr. Brossard Charbonneau. She took the time to explain the two possibilities she saw, which would be confirmed by blood tests and X-rays. She called me at the end of the day to confirm her diagnosis and the next steps.nI have been treated for several years by Dr. Jocelyn Normandin, who is excellent. He was unavailable, but despite this, I received excellent care.nThank you!
The wait to speak to a secretary is always endless, yet when we call it mentions you are the first in agreement with 1 minute of expected wait, but you end up going to a damn voicemail, but if I call it's not to drink that I want to talk but to a damn secretary who accidentally hangs up the phone who feels if not realized, but it talks with its colleagues, it laughs at least try not to hang up but it's a joke I called back 3X to finally go to the private because I don't have an answer, their damn emergency appointment site as usual is not functional, it has appointments available you want to confirm and you always have the unknown error message while the appointment remains available in the platform 3 minutes and after 3 minutes it comes back available but still not able to confirm it...
I give this clinic a 5 star. Always on time for appointments, no waiting in the waiting room. The nurses a big WOW they are so nice. And what about all the doctors. Dr. Bédard is my doctor but all the other doctors in the clinic I highly recommend, they are very gifted and absolutely competent.nnImpeccable service nTHANKS
