I've gone here a few times for walk-in or Urgent Care for either myself of my kids and Dr. Dayal and Dr. Pawley are truly amazing doctors. I've had nothing but great experiences with both of them and they deserve more than 5 stars.
I had a horrible experience this week with the staff. one of them promised to pass my message to my surgeon yesterday which didn't, then Dena called me today, yelling at me and intrupting me. She had no clue what my need was, yet didn't let me speak. Then she gave me wrong info about Urgent Care! Now that I took her advise to call in for same day appointment after 4 pm, there's no available slot! Apparently I was supposed to book earlier. she said call after they open... I had a surgery last week. not only my surgeon isn't available, I cannot travel to my family dr, and now cannot see someone at Urgent care...nWhen I told her that her colleague yesterday said the opposite, she simply yelled , well she was wrong.nI believe they do not understand that as Healthcare staff they deal with our lives and cannot be simply wrong!!nThat's being so irresponsible, leaving patients in pain and being so rude to them too... sad HealthCare System!
Dr Westbrook was Mt DOCTOR I moved to Oshawa Ontario. I NEED A DOCTOR IS THEIR ANY NEW DOCTOR TAKING NEW Patience.
Dr Armstrong was my OB for my second pregnancy, I had not used her for my first pregnancy, she was a referral from my family doctor. She had a great bedside manor, she knew how nervous I was and she calmed me down everytime. I had high blood pressure around 37 weeks and she really took care of me until the end and I ended up getting induced at 39 weeks. She was very professional, I highly recommend her. The nurses were really friendly to my 5 year old daughter as well. Great atmosphere at this office. Thank you Dr Armstrong for everything best of luck to you and the office.
We as a family have been going to Medical Associates for the last 35 plus year. Our family Dr., Dr. Merilee Brown, has been there for us and always gone the extra mile to figure out what may be the issue! She is tenacious and never gives up!!! Easy to speak with and very open to any ideas that we offer. Excellent bedside manner.
