Was in for a walk-in on Monday and diagnosed and given a prescription. Obviously sick. Requested a sick note and received one which covered one day of work for me at $25.00. Went back Tuesday to get a one day extension on the sick note as I really didn't feel much better. Was brought in quick because they remembered me from yesterday. Unfortunately the doctor couldn't extend my sick note, but would happily print me a new one (same difference), but told me it would be another $25.00.... Really? Dr. Beata Patasi? Really? Are you that hard up for money you can just input the date in your computer and print out a sick not that you don't even have to sign because the computer prints your signature. WOW! By the way, it seems you're late almost daily in your drive from Smiths Falls. Keeping ailing patients waiting while you're the only physician at a walk-in clinic is not acceptable. Yes, your staff weren't afraid to make that information public yesterday.

Went last weekend for the first time, was initially hesitant because of reading these reviews. I was the first person in line. Intake was quick, I was not a fan of the triage area. It’s very close to the waiting room & was asked medical questions with the door open. Close the door, then ask the questions. Allow people their privacy. Didn’t find clinic dirty & most medical offices ask you to remove your shoes I don’t get why that’s a huge issue mentioned in these reviews. You can even sit down to remove them, I’ve been in offices where you leave your shoes in hallway. I saw doctor & had a prescription within 10 mins of the clinic opening. She was professional & I didn’t feel rushed. Would recommend & would go again if needed.

Happiest doctor ever, Dr. Evans, he made the long wait worth it!! Great staff and service THANK YOU!!! It’s always nice when you’re not feeling well to have happy people helping you :)

I had a terrible experience at the Walmart walk in clinic and was given this one to try. To my surprise, they were amazing! The one nurse worked her butt off and I kinda regret not letting her know how great of a job she was doing. The other nurse did make them all look bad (standing around, leaning on things constantly saying "bare with me" to the receptionists) but the actions of one doesn't speak for all them. She maybe got through 2 people while the other nurse had cleared the entire waiting room. Intake was quick, but obviously the wait sucks.

Terrible service..typical example of "free" Canadian healthcare. Waited for 45 min and literally heard that they are forgot about me and next doctor on shift will see me. Which was another 30 min waiting ant then doctor saw me for 2 min prescribed Tylenol. We need a healthy competition in the industry.
