Amazing good and staff! The place was packed but we didn’t need a reservation for 2. The drinks are very reasonably priced and so is the food. The ribs are amazing and so was the pork belly bao. Wonderful! I went during lunch time and there was no wait, and the food came out quickly. Staff was attentive and so friendly. I enjoyed the decor, the music and the vibe. Ramen was amazing, just wish the portion size was larger. Bar had a nice selection of beverages.
If you're looking for some great ramen and Asian flair food, stop in and try this place. There was so much ramen to try, but I actually tried the seasonal soup which was a wonton soup, and it was one of the best I've had. All the food and drink were amazing, the Korean bbq bao buns were delicious as well as the edamame with garlic. The music and setting of this place really makes for a great experience as well, some songs from the 90s really was enjoyable while dining.
We used to go to the mecha noodle bar in Norwalk when we lived closer to that one. This one in stamford is super! The restaurant is bigger and more space. the service is very quick and the food is delicious as always. The food is so savory that we always finish everything we ordered including the broth. My parents from China also loved it.
Perfect place for hangouts. Vibes are good. Ambiance is pretty decent. Outdoor seating arrangement for summer. Food is just delicious. Been here at Stamford location for the first time and absolutely blown away by the food quality and service. Jackie was our main waitress and she explained everything to the point. It was very helpful to get that extra information before ordering the food. For summer they offer wide range of specials and cool variety of cocktails. Service is pretty quick even though they are crowded at all the time. Must try - KFC. Roasted Mushroom Dumplings. Definitely will visit again.
Food never disappoints. And the service is fantastic. Was able to bring my puppy to sit on the patio area and the staff was so kind and brought her water and a bite of chicken. All left satisfied.
Recently they added large screen and play episodes of Naruto. Years ago the ramen bowls enjoyed by the boy ninja inspired my taste buds. Mecha has brought those animated delicacies to life. In addition to their exemplary crew, the menu of food and drinks spiked or non is one of the best in Stamford, item for item. And oh yeah, the dopest Hip Hop music is always rocking!
NGL, resisted coming here for some time because I was weary of a chain, pan-Asian restaurant where a lot could go wrong. Turns out I was wrong as Mecha really nails some staple east-Asian dishes like kimchi fried rice, pork buns and ramen. Service was also on point as they promptly accommodated our larger group.
Fantastic Asian noodle bar in Stamford. Great space, wonderful food went with the KFC bao and Pho and excellent drinks unique beers and The Oh Snap. Juan at the bar guided me through the menu like a pro. And the rest of the staff was best in class! Will be back!Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
If they had locations around New Jersey I’d visit even more for their pho options! We first encountered them in CT last year and since then I’ve been looking forward to going back. The add-on they have for their pho are different than most other places, 2 of which are my favorites: the small Thai chilis which they add directly into the broth for a spicy kick, and the bone marrow oil which I tried for the first time today! By itself their broth is flavorful and rich which is one of my favorite qualities of pho restaurants. Not being Vietnamese I didn’t grow up around this but over the last 5-10 years of having it I’ve come to realize I really prefer the simple and flavorful options of pho. Presumably their ramen is decent but I’m much less aware of their variations. Their staff was super friendly and helpful. Looking forward as always to another visit!
