I have been a patient of Mariana for the past 4 years. She has tremendously helped with my recovery after my surgery. Her technique is much better for healing than any machine could provide. I highly recommend MECH physiotherapy. I promise you will not be disappointed

My experience with MECH has been exceptional. Mariana and Jessie are phenomenal and super knowledgeable. More importantly, the Mackenzie Method works!! I highly recommend MECH to anyone for whom traditional physiotherapy did not work!!

Great place, friendly staff and professional service. Have seen many physios and other specialists for my mid-back and neck problems, but had no success. I only needed a few visits to solved my issues. Mariana gave me a progressive set of exercises that did help to reduce a lot of the pain and headaches. Now my friends and family go there - happy to have you Mech Physio!

I've been an athlete my entire life starting out as a figure skater, then becoming a track and field athlete and I am now a Bodybuilding Physique Competitor. I have been with MANY physiotherapists in my life. I find that they see you for 5 minutes, then hook you up to a machine and come back when your time is up. Mech Physiotherapy has a HANDS ON approach. Mariana cares, takes her time, listens, and executes a reasonable, effective, and efficient plan to get you back to optimal strength. Mech Physiotherapy has fixed me TIME AND TIME again and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
