Every flavour of sausage that we have tried is fantastic. They're also reasonably priced and conveniently pre-sealed and frozen. I'm glad that they're carried by Safeway and Sobeys, but the sausage is good enough to justify the one-hour drive if that was the only option.
Phil and Chantal make the best sausages on the planet as far as I am concerned. Top quality cuts of locally sourced meats, friendly service, and amazing value as well. Well worth the drive from Calgary.
I don`t think I have ever publicly endorsed a product like this, their efforts and recipes are so well conceived, perfect outcomes every time, I purchase this product several times a week from Safeway for weekend brunches, the Bison Garlic is truly incredible! Consistently great food and more types of sausage than I would know what to do with. The Texas BBQ beef on a bun is one of the best sandwiches money can buy. The staff are friendly and the prices are great. I would strongly recommend not driving by this place.
Love having the shop in Kensington. Prices are excellent and product superb. We have tried the chicken, turkey breast, steak, and roast beef--all taste great. Like that I don't have to repackage for the freezer. This is out meat shop of choice.

Couldn't tell me where their muscles were from no way of knowing , this is not how shellfish is sold properly. Didn't even know if they are from PEI or Manilla. Actually she didn't really know much about any of her products. This is why not everyone is a good business owner .
The best bacon I have ever eaten. Great selection of meats. Their brisket is also very good. I always stop and stock up if I am coming thru. Had lunch one day and thought the quality was great and very reasonable in price.
Just tried their new Kensington Calgary location. Wow, that's some good sausage. We enjoyed their spicy Italian sausage and are looking forward to going back and trying some of their other meats.
Stopped for the first time today at the clearshome shop on way back from Calgary and being a Britt myself was over the moon to find proper British bangers and Cumberland sausage so just had bangers n mash for supper and what great sausages they are...I will be back very soon to restock the freezer
