I am a reasonable individual but find this office incredibly negligent on returning phone calls. It's impossible to connect with anyone in the office much less my case worker. Terrible experience for the past two years.

Website says open at 7am, called at 7:15 and the automated messaging system says they are currently closed. 

Driving over there to take care of a Medicaid error. Will update review based on the results of the visit.

These people never answer or return your calls....the paper work is never on time...I had a African American woman judge me based on the way she felt me and my grandmothers relations was, because she was being disrespected by her grand children...what does that have to do with the food assistance program?
