Great experience, they fit me in for an emergency brake and rotor replacement and had a rough quote ready for me when I dropped off my car so I knew what to expect. They went the extra mile to arrange a shuttle even though their regular shuttle driver was off. They communicated with me throughout the day to make recommendations about potential additional work I might want/need, including costs, and communicated about work that didn't need to be done based on their findings.nI appreciated the CAA Discount, and the free car wash they gifted me.

I don’t recommend this place at all I will never come back, came here to fix my car they said it’d be an hour I told my work I’d be late an hour or so. I waited and he came out after an hour me thinking it was fixed, but he told me he couldn’t do it and gave me a long list of what’s needs to be fixed & how much.nnI was confused. He didn’t do what I asked him to fix instead gave me list of other things I DID NOT ASK him to check. When I said no I won’t be doing all that. They still charged me $50 or $70 I can’t remember for his “LABOUR”nI’m stunned, I sat there for an hour thinking they were fixing my car but nope. And I had to pay them for their “labour” what a rip off.nnThe front desk girl said it’s a courtesy check I think they need a dictionary to understand what courtesy means. Weeks before this they did the same thing to my dad. I don’t even know why I went there. Front desk girl needs to learn customer service too. Very disappointed!

After having a nice Vacation in Nova Scotia, it was time to come back home to New-Brunswick. Luckily, my parents had decided to drive up and meet me at my vacation spot to drive back down together. Only 15 minutes after leaving, my alternator belt broke off! It was passed 5pm. Everything is closed. We get a towing guy who advises us that we could still drive the car not too far to get to a B&B which ended up being fully booked and he leaves. We do that, but everything stops working in the car, no power steering, can't shift, the car stops right in the middle of a convenience store driveway. I have my young child with me. We are panicking. We looked for over an hour to get a hotel. Everything was booked. The lady at the store calls McNeil's Autopro, they tell us they can tow, but it would be much later as they are on another tow job. We finally find a hotel more than 40km away. We bring my mom and my child at the hotel, and my dad and I go back to the car until they get there. The tow guy was very very nice. In the morning, I called in and the lady said they might not be able to get to the car today. I was understanding, but so stressed. The lady could definitely feel the urgency and panic in my voice as I explained that we were from NB and I had a young child. She soon called me back and told me they had a look, everything looked great except the belt, they had a couple cars to do first but that they would get to mine after. In only a few hours, my car was ready to go, not to mention at a very low cost! I was expecting hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I just about cried. I cannot be thankful enough that these great people helped reunite this family with daddy and our dog sooner than later. Great service, super friendly, I feel like they took into consideration our situation and went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient.nnCannot recommend enough! Thank you!

As a service Plumber it is imperative that my vehicle gets serviced correctly and on a timely manner . I could tell that there was an issue with the truck with the shaking of the steering wheel and a knock when I turned the wheel. Dropped in for fuel and asked them if they had any openings for repairs after a few jokes with the staff I was scheduled for an appointment . Scott and the girls at the front desk were awesome . After the mechanic when over the truck with a fine tooth comb there was more issues then I thought . Scott and his staff were giving I tight time line due to an important service call that I had . Scott's reply was we will do are best . And with that I hand it over the keys both Scott and the technician kept me up to date on the repairs. They finished the repairs early I highly recommend this repair shop they have a customer for life

I Just moved to Enfield my 2 daughters don't trust mechanics they both have had service done there too. Shocking to me they both loved your service.
