A company that didn’t seem to care about the quality of our water, the location of our well or correcting the issues we had after the fact. Seemed as though all they wanted was to get in and out as quick as they could and maximize the amount of money they could make drill as deep as they could and call it done in a day. I rarely leave any sort of review good or bad, however this customer service was probably as bad as it gets and wouldn’t want someone else to feel as upset as I have after spending over 20k.Services: Pump installation
We had used this company to decommission a couple of exterior wells and received extremely prompt service. When it came time to inquire about when a well in our basement would be done, we have heard nothing after a couple of times reaching out to get a timeline we’re finishing our basement and wanted to start construction. It would have been appreciated if they would have just told us to find someone else to do the job instead of being completely ignored.
They were easy to deal with and had fast service. We suddenly ran out of water and needed to get a new well put in. I told them our situation and they squeezed us into their schedule, came out quick, drilled the well and got the water back up and running!Service: Well installation
I contacted McLeod to arrange for a replacement submersible pump. Lisa was very cordial and considerate of our need for domestic water. She explained that McLeod was in the middle of a very busy season and attending to our need may take some time. The McLeod crew arrived bright and early - and ready to work...one day after speaking with Lisa. In very short order the pump was pulled and a replacement unit installed. The crew was genuinely friendly and highly professional. Their work was thorough and all situations and details explained fully. Well done gentlemen. Absolutely incredible service. Over the past 20 years I have used a number of companies when I have had problems with Wells, and none have been as quick to respond to problems or as professional when dealing with problems. Had a problem with a plugged well screen and they had someone on-site in less than half an hour, and we're back the next day to service and repair the problem getting us back up and running.
Great experience from sales to install to teaching us about our well. Thank you so much for wonderful service.
