A very rustic, classic, cozy restaurant. Delicious food with a large tea and wine menu. We were told a patio is to open soon as well as sundays for brunch. Reservations are highly recommended if you want a seat.
The food is amazing! Fresh! Customer service is excellent! Recommended 5*
Excellent every time. Huge tea selection. Food is amazing. Always call ahead to make a reservation.
My husband and I just had the loveliest dinner! The food was superb and our waitress Candice was so friendly and gave us amazing service! This is definitely a date night kind of place! If you haven't already tried McLeod House for supper, you really need to put it on your list!
I took my daughter here to celebrate her birthday. We had high tea at 2 p.m. Candace decorated our table before we arrived. She made us feel so welcome. It was pure joy to have this experience. There was more than enough food and I had to get a to go box to enjoy the dainties later. There are lots of choices for tea and it's served loose leaf. After we finished our tea we went upstairs and thoroughly enjoyed perusing the boutique.
Went there for dinner. More than a tea house. Dinner was great! Really unique building.
I really enjoyed our dinner there this past weekend. The portions were big and delicious. The house is so cute, and set up with a gift shop upstairs.
What a lovely place! The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Great selection of teas and the food was unreal, the blue cheese/pear/pecan salad was so yummy and we had scones straight out of the oven with Saskatoon berry jam and lemon curd my mom reports they are the best she has ever had!. They have the sweetest shop upstairs full of house ware and some fashion. Such a gem in this town! I will absolutely be back.
I went on a Sunday w 5 girlfriends, 2 of whom were celebrating birthdays. One of the sandwiches contained lobster, so 3/6 of us were allergic. The waitress graciously checked w the kitchen and substituted with egg salad. The experience of high tea was absolutely lovely and we can't wait to go back. Excellent scones!
Great experience and well worth the drive from Winnipeg. Highly recommend taking in the High Tea experience!
