McKeown and Wood

I phoned three days ago still no oil. Was told late today but didn't show. I am on automatic fill up ran out last month. Have been a customer for years never a problem with service till this year.

Ordered fuel 6 days ago and at 6:00 PM Tuesday January 2nd still no delivery! They were told back on Thursday that fuel was not going to get us through long weekend. New Year's Eve our fireplace quit not enough fuel. The furnace continued, but, they were called today and they were told our tanks for propane are registering zero. Answering service was called New Year's day and they were told to let Mckeown and Wood know that we needed to be on priority list. Damn cold when paid for fuel does not get delivered. This is not the first time having problems with them delivering in a timely manner with multiple phone calls. Today when my husband called they said a ticket had not even been put out yet and that was around 10:00 AM.

Customer for over 5 years, I have had no issue until 2018. The company was purchased by Upper Canada Fuels. I call in for my fill-ups, as it is for my secondary heat source and have had delivery with in a few days. Last friday I called for a fill up, with 20-25% left in my propane tank. I havent seen a truck so, I called the following wednesday and was informed that a delivery ticket was never printed. My propane tank is now at 7% and my house is 12c. I won't be getting a delivery unti maybe Thursday or Friday. The customer service, from the office to the delivery, has always been great up until this week.
