No consideration, my mom were not admitted because of 1 minute late and we're not informed that we have to arrive 15 mins early. Staff said it's their policy which I think it's wrong because in our past visits, we usually arrived early but only seen by Doctor after hours of waiting. And another thing, those receptionist staff are very rude they need to be trained to communicate professionally, otherwise have them replaced.

Worst place to go to for kids they could care less about your child or if there not feeling well and let you be 2 minutes late they'll turn your sick child away with no care in the world oh and let me tell you if you happen to have any labs or any out patient procedures done they will never get the results sent to where you need them sent to even if you provide them all the information my daughter has not been able to do PE at school due to this office not faxing a clearance which they been having back from the hospital for a while now they can just care less i called them several times and they say there going to send it but never do just very bad careless place......... horrible places and employees

My first time coming here, I admit I was a bit nervous just from reading the reviews but I am happy to say that they are wrong. The place had quite a few of people but everyone arrived, helped then sent on their way in no time. The center was berry clean and not cold. EVERYONE was kind and very respectful and just made you feel welcome (Much better than Centegra) the doctors and nurses are intelligent and not just quick to throw medication down your mouth. They actually listen. So I'm thankful for this place.

I am not sure what others are talking about. I never have too long a wait. Kelly Forster isn't a doctor but I have seen her and she is nice. The place is clean and comfortable and is never loaded with "illegals" no idea where that comes from. Dr Zaidi wasn't so great but Dr Ali is fine for my kids. The issue I would have is turnover here....seems like every other year there is someone new providing services. All in all I think the place is ok.
