Some of the issues I had with my house: Typar and Vapour barriers not taped, Patio door and dining room window had not been caulked. Simple skipped steps that cost us thousands. Many people in my neighbourhood had a class action lawsuit regarding the roofing. The subcontractor he hired claimed bankruptcy. Many issues have gone on and on.

We bought our place in 2009. First thing that was wrong were. No heat ducts in the finished part of our basement. Took months for this ass to fix. We also took him to Tarion with other things. I will never buy from him again
