Went into the McDonald's order the Big Mac fries and Coke Zero to take out, but then decided to sit down and eat inside instead. was on my own and and once I finished my food I was sitting down for a couple of minutes but the member of staff took my take out bag and put it in the bin for me.  they were really nice about it it so after she put the bag away I got up and left. I will definitely visit again. the food was ok, the service was fast. I didn't get a receipt because the machine was not stocked with receipt paper, at least I got my order and it was correct.

It's been third time now, when I ordered food and it doesn't match.. no bacon in BBQ crispy rap, cheese bite bunt to death.. everything is freezing cold and no sauce at all... More attention to detail.. I been working with Eltham McDonald's and u can't compare quality.. I'm really disappointed.. and not recommended to order from this place...  Just wasted 30£ and food going to bin...

I'm sitting in McDonald's now and I'm watching what seems to be a few homeless and drug users seemingly having the freedom to wander around the store, use the toilets and cause the staff difficulties. I feel sorry for these people and the staff that have to work here. The staff are lovely but McDonald's and the Council both have some responsibility to make sure the staff and customers feel safe and comfortable. I wouldn't come back.

Upon entering the branch it was clean the time was 16:10pm on a week day. It was busy and waited 17 minutes for my order number to be called out. This might be their peak period so if you are in a rush you may want to avoid going around the time mentioned. Out of the order I placed, one item was unsatisfactory that was the Fillet O Fish. The fish was dried out as if it were left in an oven for ages and the cheese slice was a fraction of the fish. Aside from the comments I have made I will go back to this McDonald's branch and I hope I have a better experience relating to the food.  Kid-friendliness: I like the offer of toys that come with the Happy Meal for children

This McDonalds is the last one for quite a while if you are heading North on the A10 towards Edmonton. The store is large and spacious with good capacity, electronic ordering. It is in a cosmopolitan area of London and was very busy. The service was good, usual fast delivery and easy ordering. Friendly staff, usual prices. Facilities on site were adequate.

Dirty, no sugar, old vegetables, fries with a burned oil taste. No peak hours, but 15 minutes waiting. Just table service was nice & friendly.Food: 1/5

McDonald's is pretty much the same wherever you go . But occasionally you get s bad experience.  Today my breakfast was dry and lukewarm I guess its because it had been sitting there for a while.  Next time ill ask for a fresh batch . Lots of covid measures being implemented as expected from McDonald's

Quite busy, well staffed who were friendly. Clean with adequate seating. Fairly large waiting area Service wasn't "fast" could have been time of day, after schools out, but that should be factored in.  Parking: Busy road, possible to park in Lidl down the road, beware restrictions may need to go into Store.

As I sat to eat my food in McDonald's in Edmonton a woman that were on the cooking of the food went outside the main entrance and stood right in front of the glass window and smoked cigarettes the hat on and no jacket on to cover the name of McDonald's she smoked 2 cigarettes and went back behind the food counter didn't even wash her hands and I saw her put food into the fryers whith hand that she were smoking with. It were terrible to see what is happening to the name of McDonald's people just don't care what they do how they serve food without washing hands scratching their heads and still not washing hands hygiene were terrible there today. I would visit McDonald's on a regular basis but after that today I will be going elsewhere  and will definitely tell people that the name doesn't mean anything anymore place is being run so is just been run in an unprofessional standard.

Difficult to order, both on the touch screen and in person. Place was very un-orderly with delivery drivers and other customers hoarding the front pick-up counter. Food was disappointing even by McDonald's standars.  Vegetarian options: Mostly side salads but also had Veggie strips breading on them not that great
