had a great experience at McDowland! The service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were polite and professional, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a casual meal, McDowland delivers quality and consistency. Highly recommend!

I ordered food today on November 26th at around 1:30 PM, and the customer service was honestly terrible. I asked the staff to fix my fries because the portion was extremely small for a medium, and they didn’t touch it or correct it at all. This is the same tiny portion I handed back to them, and they gave it right back without fixing anything. The staff working at that time were rude, dismissive, and made it clear they had no interest in helping customers. This is unacceptable. I paid for a medium fry and got half of that. Horrible customer service and very disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience today. We ordered two meals but were given two smoothies instead. When I asked about it, the staff member responded very rudely and asked me why I was still waiting, without any respect. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are spoken to makes a big difference. I hope the staff can be trained to handle situations more politely and respectfully.

I understand the importance of a drive through to be quick and easy. However if accuracy isn't there you may as well close the windows.nnI'm traveling 4 hours with oets. Wanted to be quick and easy. I'm now 10 min down the road with a large tea that had milk in it whick i cannot drink.nnI think your focus is blurred if your team can't follow orders correctly which leads to wasted money on your customers side. I'll be sure to never use your drive through again as I would have been farther down rhe road had i just thrown my money out the window.nnPlease do better or don't do it at all. It's not hard work.
