McDonald's

Nice, clean and open. Need to pickup their speed though. Have been there several times and had to wait on each visit longer than usual. We've tried drive up as well as dine in and carry out. This is a new store on a previous location so hopefully they get better after they get used to the new equipment.

Went there last night during night shift. Not sure what time it was, I’d say between 11pm and 12am. The lady that took our order seemed nice and friendly when we gave our order but when we drove around to pay we forgot to add a large Coke. We told her about this and her response was “I repeated the order back to you and you said it was correct so.” with a horrible attitude, and I immediately just told my friend to back up and leave. You should not be hiring people with such terrible customer service to be working at a place like that, whether she’s just taking orders or not. So we just went to Sonic instead, at least the worker there was nice and friendly =]

Very nice store. Opening day. From out of town. Grew up here. We will miss the character of the old store but the new one is nice.

Eat here if you want to eat over priced garbage food, and enjoy terrible service. Seriously though, you could literally cook at home faster than waiting though their drive though.

The employees are super friendly and great unfortunately it doesn't make up for the horrendously slow service. I'm not one to generally complain about food services because let's face we, we can say the job is easy but it's really not. It's hectic and messy, but as for this McDonald's, it has got to be the SLOWEST one I've ever been to. Props to the staff for always keeping a cool and easy going facade and keeping a good attitude. They always make me feel welcome. Besides it being the closest md's to my house, I definitely love the customer service. Which is why I have four stars.
