McDonald's

Had 3 mobile orders at 9am. According to the supervisor there or lead whatever title she had, she states that McDonalds has a policy that they only can do two mobile orders at a time. How does this make sense for a fast food place? I can go through the drive thru with a family of 5 and have no problem with ordering but if I have more than two mobile orders they will force you to go all the way around just to get the third order. There was no one behind me and there was no rush. So what was the big deal of them doing this? I’m guessing it’s them being lazy and getting a good laugh because they made a person come through the drive thru twice, or it’s a power trip from the shift lead or supervisor. I have done more than two mobile orders before and had no issue but this supervisor or lead was having a power trip. She also stated if I don’t like it I don’t have to eat there. What kind of professional response is that? This is how you treat your customers me paying for a service of not a high classy place. It’s a fast food place in manistee.

Drive-thru worker refused to take my order at all and claimed they’re “too busy” and “not taking any orders”, I was the only one in the drive-thru line, no cars in front of me or behind me, at the windows, or in the reserve spots. There were only 2 cars parked in the dining room lot, and I could see 2 workers standing around, doing nothing as I was leaving to go elsewhere... Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, I wasn’t even given the option of waiting or told I could wait, I was simply told no and clearly expected to leave. 11/1/25 @ roughly 6:35PM.

2 days in a row we sat for 10 minutes to get breakfast only to have them switch it on us. Breakfast stops at 1030 on weekdays not 1020. The lady in front of us was there even longer. Rude. We know they were holding up the line for 10 minutes to switch over. As soon as they switched the line started moving. Ridiculous.

Is your burger assembly technician mad and throws the sandwich at the wall before it goes in the bag? What happened the quality control? Please do better.

The service was incredible! I usually avoid going to McDonald's or any fast food really. I was definitely amazed by the hospitality and service at this location. Thank you
