McDonald's

ALWAYS. TAKES. FOREVER. And you have to help staff pass on messages to the back if you have a special order, for instance, I like my hash browns well done I have to tell the cashier to pass the message along to the fry cook so they can put it back down and I don't have to wait for them to get to my order only to fill it and realize, 10 plus minutes later, that my hash brown needs to go back down and subsequently wait longer for my food. Not efficiently run at all. It actually ranks lower than the McDonald's on the West side of Cadillac and that's saying A LOT!

Worst service ever waited 15min for a fish filet never arrived so wife went in and got a refund and was short changed one dollar

It's fast food that's not really fast. I've also had some rather rude cashiers take my order through drive through. I wouldn't recommend any McDonald's to anyone cause it's not healthy but when you have kids, grandkids, nieces or nephews & they absolutely have to have the toys from McDonald's I'll buy them the toys but that's about it, even though they whine.

Messed up an order bout 2 weeks ago. Let them know via phone and was given a free meal. Just went in for the meal and they managed to mess that up. Good customer service, bad kitchen staff...
