McDonald's

I love it! great place to go to eat for a quick burger or to sit down and eat and hangout with the family! Friendly and fast food! , like I said i love it there you should to i give it 5 star's all day! !!!

I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget and 2 cheeseburgers. That is all. Waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes. They have you pay before you get to the window with the food. Fine. But. Then I get to the window for the food and they tell me to pull into the spots because there is a problem with the chicken nuggets. No idea how long I will wait. I wait 10 minutes. Still no food. I go inside to get a refund. As I am getting a refund, my food is ready. I mention that they should give it to me for free...because this ordeal has now taken 25 minutes. For chicken nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. They say something about being short staffed. Well...i mention that I am really busy. Which I am. Moving to Eaton Rapids. This is literally my first encounter with this McDonald's. But they would rather throw my food away than give it to me for free. So we just moved here. 4 Kids. And I will never go to this McDonald's again. We ended up going to subway. There was a line. And it still took less than 10 minutes. Skip McDonald's in ER and go to Subway.

Friendly staff. Ketchup dispenser was empty and packet Ketchup had an off taste so I ended up eating them plain. Overhead music was too loud and no sound from any of the 3 tvs. If I go here again it will be through the drive in window instead of dining room.

Out of the last 5 orders I placed 4 were wrong. I ordered the double fish fillet 3 days on a row and got a signal fillet each time. I called and they correct it but lunch was over. Wrong drink also and no straw.

I got a crispy buttermilk chicken combo...i got charged for cheese and a single sweet and sour sauce...really ???
