They gave me no whip cream even though I paid and I went back in to add it .
Im not sure who is running this business but you need to train your staff better & make sure they aren’t rush your customers! Had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive & the girl at the window still didn’t have the order right! There were no napkins in the bag, no straws for my DRINKS!?!? How am I supposed to drink my drink with a straw??! Your drive thru wasn’t even busy when we came through! There was no need to be rushed! Will not return too this location ever!
Restaurant was very dirtynWent here around 4pm after taking kids to wonderland - I was shocked that this was McDonald’snEvery table dirty, floor sticky and dirty, no ice in the pop machines, no lettuce on my mc chickennHad to clean our own table to eat
I mean it’s McDonald’s food like it is everywhere. But when I went, there were drink spills all over the floor, and I tried buying a McFlurry and the machine bugged and just took 4 dollars out of my card and robbed me
Went through the drive through and ordered a Big Mac and chicken nuggets. The girl that took my order asked twice what sauce honey mustard I wanted with my nuggets. Asked for ketchup for my fries. When I got home my big mac looked like it was scrambled before they put it in the bag, and they put plain honey in for the nuggets, no ketchup for my fries. They screwed up the whole order!
