McDonald's

I'm in love with one of the girls at the counter, their all really nice to us when we come in. I have no idea why anyone would ever leave a bad review for this place since we eat there almost everyday. Most of those reviews for this location seem fake.... The service is fast. The food is fresh. The atmosphere is good. It's a little on the small side compared to other locations, but there is outdoor seats. The washrooms are clean and as good looking as the rest of the place. They have an abundance of parking for how small the location is. The free WiFi was on the fritz one day but is fine now. Not the best wifi speed test compared to other locations but it works fine.

Gets orders wrong fairly often. In addition, staff disregard the hours they post outside and "close early" to avoid having to serve people if they stop in any time after dark. The prices on some things, like drinks, are slightly higher here than at other locations. Go to the McD's on Richfield and Genesee; don't waste your time here, as the place is run by rude local high schoolers.

One week ago, I went through the drive-thru and got a milk for my 18-month-old granddaughter. She drank most of it during the 4 min car ride home and when I got her out of the car she puked. I looked at the date on the milk and it was 4 days expired. A week later my daughter got us food from this same location (there aren't a lot of food choices in town).. they only had 1 of the 2 fries we ordered in the bag, the fries that were there were soggy and cold, the burgers were cold, and the cheese on them was hard as a rock. These were just 2 of many bad experiences at this location. I never write bad reviews and I would not have done so if not for repeated incidents of poor quality products and service. Step it up Micky-D's.. please!

I live 1/2 way between 2 Mcdonalds and the one in the town of Genesee is closest but very very slow. I have lived with it for along time but tonite I went there to get my wife chicken strips and was told they were out so I ordered 2 big macs for $5.00 and was told they don't have 2 for $5.00 anymore. I had it on my mobile order at their address for that price but she said they would not do it so I told her I will go to the other Mcdonalds who said they will honor it if it is on the app and they had plenty of chicken strips too! Most every time we go for that ride before dark and stop to get an ice cream they say the machine is down, I think they just clean it to early so it is done. They are 5 miles apart and this one has higher pricing than the one at Genesee & Richfield rd. I guess one would wonder why I keep going there but wonder no more I am offically done, from now on I will be going to the Genesee & Richfield Mcdonalds. Larry

The staff there is nice and friendly I go in all the time I know the kids by names and they know mine it's a family atmosphere
