Food they prepared was really good and they followed the instructions like extra mayo on Junior chicken sandwich. Poutine fries were fresh but there was less gravy and I like my fires stormed with gravy so bought extra. Really liked the retro style lamps and sitting area. Giving 4 coz I didn’t like the washrooms which were uncleaned.
This is the first time I’ve ever left a complaint online, but I feel like I have to speak up. I often come here for breakfast, and every time I order, the staff seem irritated with me. It feels like my accent bothers them, even though I don’t have this issue anywhere else.nnThe morning shift employees in particular seem annoyed or impatient whenever I speak. It honestly makes me feel unwelcome, and it affects my mood for the rest of the day. I just want to enjoy my breakfast without feeling like I’m being judged or disliked for the way I speak.
4 Stars – Consistent and Caring ServicennThis McDonald’s near my house usually gets my orders right and the food is cooked well most of the time. On the rare occasion there’s a mistake, I just give them a call and they’re always quick to make it right — which I really appreciate.nnHaving worked at McDonald’s myself, I know how tough and fast-paced the job can be. Mistakes happen, but it’s how the team handles them that counts. And this location does a great job of making sure customers leave happy. Solid service, good attitudes, and consistent quality — can’t ask for much more from a neighborhood McD’s.

McDonald’s on Nicole St is a decent spot with food that’s on par with other locations. The staff is friendly and helpful, though service can be a bit slow at times. The biggest downside is the homeless presence, which affects the atmosphere. Overall, it’s an alright McDonald’s if you’re looking for a quick bite.
