I visited this McDonald’s for dinner and was good with the overall experience. The location has plenty of parking, making it very convenient to stop by. I ordered a burger and a sundae ice cream both were, tasty, and well-prepared. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, even offered extra fries free of charge, which made the visit feel special. The restaurant was also clean, adding to the comfortable dining atmosphere. Overall, I am satisfied with both the food and the service.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. I came in with a free cone coupon, and the manager was rude. She told me the ice cream machine was “broken” and refused to redeem it.nnSo I went to the kiosk and tried to order an ice cream myself — and guess what? The machine was working just fine! They were serving ice cream cones to paying customers.nnSo what was that? Why lie? Why treat customers this way?nIf the coupon is valid, just honor it. Don’t make excuses and don’t be rude. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I will not return to this location again.
I always select the restaurant and place my order ahead of time so I don’t have to wait. Then I have to wait for my order at this restaurant because it’s not ready and I have to move forward to a spot where they bring the food out to me. Why would I ever order online ahead of time again here if they can’t get it ready ahead of time and I have to wait for it
The kiosks need to be fixed ASAP so that if it runs out of receipt printing paper, the screen doesn't just blank out and tell you to seek service. I literally paid for multiple items and wasn't given an order number. The cashier at front had to figure it out based on me retelling her some my items. And the worst part was we ordered 2 applied pies, and it wasn't in the bag nor the new receipt! Meaning, surprise, the cashier must've just punched in a new order with new order number instead of finding my original order that I paid for!nnAlso these kiosks are out of order half the time it seems.
Best McDonald’s in Markham and Richmond Hill area , because of the location, atmosphere and their dine in is open 24/7.
