McDonald's

Last time I go to this mcdonalds. Was told she wouldnt make certain things because it was a certain time in the morning and wouldn't serve me breakfast items because it wasn't 4am yet. Well if you aren't going to serve me the breakfast items the rest of the menu should still be available. Wasn't the case. As someone who is in the service industry for 18 years their customer service is very poor.

The last 5 or 6 times made me mad. Twice I ordered a fillet of fish plain with cheese and they forgot the cheese. Once I met a friend who ate in and I ordered a hot chocolate which came 10 minutes after she received and ate her meal. The next time was only a big wait to be served which is the way it is these days and the last time which will be the last dollar I ever spend there I ordered a fillet of fish meal plain with cheese which was made very clear with a large hot chocolate. I also ordered a 10 pc chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. The girl asked what I wanted with it and I said I didn't want it ad a combo. Guess what... All the ordering just done became a non combo so there was no drink or fries at the window. I guess I am at fault because after the stuff showed up on the screen I didn't look at it again so I missed it. They made my drink and brought fries and had the balls to charge me for their mistake. I don't have a problem keying for what I get but when you mess it up you can eat the cost. That's business. When I make a mistake I pay the price. It took 10 minutes to fix their mistake which topped the cake. I will not be going back there.

Normally this is the only McDonalds to get your order right in Fort McMurray but last time I ordered a Mocha and a McGriddle and instead I got a coffee with cream and a sausage and egg McMuffin. The next time I went back I recieved the wrong coffee again.

This McDonald’s is actually the best in McMurray. I don’t know why other reviews are hating on it. If you want to visit the worst McDonald’s in the world , not just McMurray, visit downtown. There the waits are forever, they routinely run out of beef or chicken or ice cream. This one I’ve never had them run out of anything and my order has always been correct.

Gregoire McDonald's. Never had a fillet of fish before decided to give it a shot. Ordered a double even cause I won't eat the bun. What do I get? A single, slapped together and what is with the chilli Thai sauce that's not even supposed to be on it. Yes I have called and left a message, let's see if I get a call back. You shouldn't have to open every item in store to make sure it's right every time you go. Ordered at 6:30 PM, Dec 21, 2017 Kiosk, Order number 1177. Can't deny what I ordered.
