Management at this branch never seem to get it right. They just went through major renovations and the place is smaller now? What hasn't changed though is their cold BigMacs. I have rarely gotten a hot meal there...what gives?

Greasy undercook potato and mc griddle bread dry and cold with pieces of egg shells inside egg, the most horrible mcdo in canada, always not good compared to any other mcdo

Only drive thru was open, but they gave good service. They forgot to give us part of our order, but brought it when we stopped
This used to be a very clean place to go to but last few times where horrible!! Tonight went for the very last time! There was 10 kids working and it took 15 min to get our order when there was maybe 10 ppl in the whole place! We could see all of them standing around joking with each other and touching and shoving each other. The garbages were overloaded, the bathrooms were discusting the hand dryer was riped off the wall toilet paper everywhere! One section had about 15 teens all sitting together not buying anything just using wifi and being loud! One employe came out to see some friends and handed them empty cups to get free drinks! The floors were slippery greasy from being dirty and the high chair ewwww dried crud all over them! Very very disappointed and grossed out!!! This place needs good management!
A bit too popular waiting is above usual McDonald in summer but the walk around the park near there is pretty nice to digest the clown food
Took at least 5 minutes to be served at the counter, even though there were close to a dozen employees circling the grill.. and there was no option to eat inside. Definitely skipping magog the next time I want McDonald's
Make sure you look into your bag before leaving...there's missing something for sure. Also taste your Coffee before leaving cause I asked twice for vanilla splash and didn't get ANY.
One of the busiest McDonalds i've visited or even heard of. Ordered 3 coffees and it took over 45 minutes to obtain my drinks. Employees are too busy and rushing to fulfill orders, from drive through and inside the restaurant. Some stuff were not available; like muffins, apple pies, iced cappuccinos,... Employees being overloaded seriously affects the quality & service we are receiving.
