Basic but gets the job done, specially in this area where there isn’t much else available. It’s nice that the seating areas are distributed along different rooms. Unfortunately the ordering machines were not working well, in my case after paying my order there was a generic “printer error” after which I ended up without a ticket, so had to ask one of the employees to check for me which was the order number I should wait for

I had to use the bathroom, the bathroom floors had been mopped and clean, this was evident due to wetness. I had to use the stall....the toilet was disgusting...I won't get into it as not to gross anyone...I went to my van which I carry lysol wipes and rubber gloves that I keep for the type of work I'm in...returned, used the scuba brush for the bowl and wiped down the rim of the bowl and the seat portion...grab my food and the tables and counter tops hadn't been wiped...again I repeated the process for the counter tops. At least the floors were mopped.

I ordered a smoothie and it tasted like water, I took two sips. I went to go ask them if I could get another one in another flavor because I didn’t like that one. They proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t just get a new one for free since I already drank out of the first one. How am I supposed to know something is bad if I can’t drink out of it??? Had to pay for a new one. Bad service

It look like remit depot losing control on employees I feel so sad about that I went to exchange an item and I have the bill the lady her name is carol didn’t let me finish explained no what I want the item bought two week before only she said two week I have no right to do nothing since when this happening she didn’t let me talk she left saying bad words and told the other girl to deal with me so sad remit depot so bad with all respect what’s going on with COVID but employees must listen and never disrespect a client this is happening in many remit depot now for some reason .nnBring your bottle of wine forget about COVID forget about the world trouble enjoy your time with your loved onenVery nice very good service and awesome food and best prices .nnHorrible day horrible service with jasmine the manager so bad experience my coffee was free but I was charged anyway good I looked at my email receipt be carful guys from that location you think it’s free but if you setup automatic payment you will be charged . So finally the supervisor fix all issue and redound the money by fixing the error she was so kind however when you have the free coffee on your phone you could be charged anyway .nnStart your day with MCCafe for better energy, like the employees in that location simply for the smile they give you and positive vibe they have

Very organized. Witnessing the way the manager of this morning shift is connected to the staff . She is focused on everything is going on try8ng to provide the best service for the clients. Every single second she is present and has an eye on what is going on ...AMAZING!..5 STARS TODAY on everything!..nJan 12/26 morning .Same 5 stars on everything. Workers were focused on providing the best service. No unnecessary talk, no waste of time...This shift manager indeed is a valuable employee for the company. Great service like in old days...
