Always what I expect. I really don't like the new menus inside though. I also saw a self service order kiosk that seemed cool. It had a more traditional style menu layout.

Workers were slow, not wearing hornets and the frappes weren't filled to the top. While we were ordering someone dropped the frappe maker on the ground and just picked it up and used it again.
