Since when did not talking become a thing. We come to the restaurant to buy something from you. You are providing a service to the public who have options on where they go. Nothing is more disrespectful than just handing the food out the window and then shutting the window on them. No hello or thank you or any talk whatsoever. This happens at both windows.
We rarely visit any fast food restaurants. We visited near Christmas and when we returned home the mcdouble only had 1 patty and our milkshake was a smoothie.nnI reached out to the survey and the owner of the store emailed me back with sincere apologies and an offer of a meal.nnPeople make mistakes. It is how you handle those mistakes that matternn5 stars for customer service at this place.
Awesome location lots of parking and seating! Has 4 kiosks, table service, McDelivery, handicap parking and bathrooms. Family friendly atmosphere with a great employees!
Probably the worst franchise. They give zero training to there staff, each crew trainer teaches in foreign languages, which makes orders get messed up real quickly as they don't understand what you are trying to order.nIf you want fresh fries ask for no salt other wise your getting old stale fries.nThey don't wear beard nets so your getting a side of hair with your meal.nThe ice cream is never broke they just don't want to make it, the machine itself is nasty with cugulated vanilla mix, the ice boxes they use for ice coffees always has mold at the bottom as this specific store is very unsanitary.nWill continuously update this post..
Never once do you get the right order or always being pulled forward waiting long a time. Always have to check your bags before going or you will have missing meals. Tired of this mcdonalds.
