McDonald's

Can never get your orders right and they just slap it all together. I've even gotten my food with a soggy bun.

Ordered a Parfait in Drive-thru, paid for it but at pickup window they told me they were out but they would make me one. I pulled forward and waited forever with groceries in the car. Exasperated, I went in only to find they had forgotten me! Couple days later I went in and ordered the Tenders and a parfait but the were out of both! Told me they would make me a parfait...not this again right? Few minutes later a girl came to my table and told me the 'Parfait' maker was in a meeting! This is not brain surgery! Take a cup, put in a glob of yogurt, a glob of fruit and another glob of yogurt! There were 3 girls standing there talking...one the manager but I guess none of them got the 'Parfait' training. I complained to the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders. I told her I would leave a bad review and she said go ahead and turned her back to me and walked away! Hence my review👎👎 Two thumbs down for this Hillsdale McDonalds and their insolent manager!

More than 50% of the time the buns are hard and dry. Majority of staff is pretty friendly. Breakfasts are best time to come it's usually pretty fresh made food!

First experience with their kiosk. Customized order was perfect. Very nice staff.

I like This McDonalds as it is a little smaller then some easy 4 me 2 get 2, employees r nice and friendly
