Stopped here with a colleague last week for a quick lunch to find the inside packed with school kids on lunch break so we decided to go back to the car and head for the drive through and take our lunch to a local park to enjoy the sunshine. , it took a long time to get through the long line. We grabbed the lunch and headed to the park only to find the order was not made to our exact request and for some reason the fries were very cold which was surprising to us.nThe staff are normally polite and accommodating but we have found the location too busy at all times and the accuracy at the drive in window far from perfect. I hope they can do something to make sure that all the orders are made to the exact requirements.nThe location is normally clean and busy.
Are you guys going to be fired or is McDonald going bankrupt because you just add a normal amount of sauce to the burger?nNot to mention your Sprite tastes like cold water without any flavour.
This is my second review for the same location. We order our food via kiosk at 11:24 PM and waited till 11:35 PM before losing our patience and wanting to inquire about our order. However, soon we realized that there is no one of the front desk to assist you. We spoke ‘excuse me’ couple of times. Although some staff was there in the kitchen; nonetheless, none of them bothered to even help; but only ignored us. The customer server is declining everyday.
I came here with my friends pretty late on Friday Around 9pm - 10pm. We went here just to get the new Adult Minecraft Movie meal since we're all huge Minecraft fans. I ordered my meal on the Kiosk and they had a section just dedicated to the Minecraft meals alone which was pretty convenient.nnThe wait felt normal. The staff were friendly and I had no issues with them. The food was great. I had the 10 Chicken Nugget combo with the Limited Edition Nether flame sauce and this location even allowed me to get an extra Nether flame sauce packet to take home with me. Great tasting food all around!nnWhole meal in total was pretty pricy for a Fast Food meal, but the fact that the meal came with a collectible + code that you can use to unlock an in-game Minecraft skin makes up for it. Think of it like Minecraft DLC + a meal!nnOverall, I had a good time at this location with no issues. Would come here again!
I ordered three breakfast muffins and two of them was badly burnt. Then I would have to chew off the edge to not swallow the darken bread. If it was too busy at 8:30am, I believed they should get an extra toaster instead of turning the toaster to max. In addition the coffee I ordered had a broken mouth piece, I asked for an exchange for the coffee cause it might be contaminated I would not drink that non-sealed coffee. It turned out the manager only gave me a new lid that she claimed it happened if it was manufactured misfit. Aren’t they have to check those broken lid before it was handed out to customers.
