I am not one to leave spiteful negative reviews. I genuinely hope management sees this as feedback to improve this facility’s operations.nnThis is the best Mac Donald setup I’ve seen in Ontario. It has spacious eating areas as well as a kids playground.nnHowever, the place is not run properly. The main pain points:n1 Dirty tables, floors and washrooms.n2 The self order machines seem to accept the transactions but not print receipts.n3 maybe I was unlucky, but my order took a long time and was given to me cold.n4 ketchup paper cups, and napkins nowhere to be found.n5 half the sinks in the washrooms don’t work.nnI attached some pictures I took during my visits to backup what I’m saying.
This is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. The interior is very spacious and well decorated. It’s the first one I’ve ever seen that has an outdoor patio and sitting area. The landscaping is very nice and it’s handicapped accessible. The kids can have a blast in the fun room and you can watch them or enjoy the patio with the adults. I highly suggest you check this McDonald’s out!
Terrible as always. Not only absolutely SWIMMING IN KETCHUP. But just a single cheeseburger when I paid for a double. The lady even confirmed the order 2x with me. SOLID. Solid service here.nnThis has been going on as long as ive been local to orangeville. Just head up the road to the other end of town. Where apparently they have ears that work! And proper ketchup distribution.
Management should take the feedback on their reviews more seriously. If you dine in, expect to wait a ridiculously long time for your order. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and saw no less than 15 drive through orders so through and took 10 minutes from placing my order. The amount staffing is a problem. There dining room is spacious but also garbages outside were overflowing as a result of the staffing shortages.
Just like the previous reviewer, I am leaving this review in hopes that changes are made.nnThe facilities are not properly maintained. The washroom was absolutely filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in days. In one of the stalls the toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall and missing, but they didn't even bother to lock that one as 'out of service'.nnIf the staff aren't going to do a proper job in there, they need to hire a professional service to maintain the washrooms.nnIt makes me concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen too.
