I stop through the drive thru close to 2 am most mornings to pick up plain double hamburgers for my DOG. I had an issue before, addressed it and still ordered from this location.nEarly this morning, I ordered 3 PLAIN double hamburgers.nOne was full of burnt bits of onion. Not only was it poisonous for my dog, it was inedible for humans too.
Drive thru is fine, but don't bother going in here. Ordered 3 happy meals, took 37 minutes to get my food. They almost missed part of the order too, luckily they caught it and got it to me before I left. Skip the Dishes seems to be 90% of the issue, I was the only person I. The store but 7 drivers skipped the line and got their orders ahead of me.
Lovely Staff this morning, Sunday Sept 22, 2024. Girl over the intercom at the drive thru was sweet and very polite. Guy at the first window told my 3 kids a joke and had them giggling. Then when there was an error with the order it was handled quickly with no fuss. We'll be back for sure.
Worst McDonald's experience in my life. I ordered a smoothie for my 6yr old son around 4;15pm Oct 19. Waited for around 10 minutes while there was no other customers. More than 5 staff inside, busy chatting, laughing while only few of them delivering drive thru orders. I can see my smoothie was made and kept on a table and no one could hand it over to me as they were very busy with laughter and chatting. In-between a customer who came after us seems to be a friend of a staff ordered a cold coffee and got it before us with a hug from the staffas they may be friends along with loud laughter and chatting. We kept waiting in front of the counter and our smoothie was waiting behind the counter. Finally, I lost my patience and politely called the staff who took my order and asked her to give me my smoothie sitting on the table. She took it and gave it to me saying - sorry. Will never return to this McDonald's. Terrible staff.
I’m fed up with McDonald’s every time I go in something is wrong I ordered a mccrispy wrap sweet chili and a medium French fries and a pop I looked at my warp and it had two peices of cucumber and barely any lettuce or sauce on it also the French fries were soggy and cold I’ll never be purchasing food from McDonald’s again after this also asked for 2 apple pies and was told I’d have to wait 5 minutes as they had none it’s 7:00pm your a joke
