Always a long wait. Just waited 20 minutes for 3 happy meals, would have been faster to take the kids to an actual restaurant. And the order ended up being wrong after all that wait. Won't be going anymore. This has happened too many times now.
We went here on Sunday and waited almost 20 minutes only to get very cold food. There was no sense of urgency and zero care given from management. Not even an apology for the crazy delay. There was also a large amount of food waiting out just getting cold. This was far from fast food.nnThe cost of this food has gone crazy high, and the service has gone WAY downhill.nnI am very disappointed and will not be giving my hard earned money to this place in the future.nnWhat a failure.
Depends on the day but somedays are good somedays I order one combo and get 20 napkins and somedays I order 2 combos and get 2 individual napkins….the food rarely comes cold especially at the drive thru but there’s always that one outlier
HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.nI got a ice cream cone from this McDonald's and it tasted sour so I gave the store a call and i asked politely if the girl on the phone could check the icecream machine to make sure that the ice cream wasnt expired, the girl on the phone said she that nothing is expired but she will check just in case and then hung up on me so I called back and she said that nothing was expired and that she didn't know what I was talking about so I asked her to keep me on the phone while she checks the machine and then she hangs up on me agian, I have a upset stomach and the reason I was asking her to check the machine was to make sure I don't have food poisoning and hopefully no one else will either
Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald's to my house. I figure it's about 50/50 I'll get my correct order on any given day.nnTonight I went in and ordered an iced coffee and a Bacon McCrispy with no tomatoes and no mayo. Hey, guess what came on my burger? You know, I could understand if the kitchen staff was dealing with an order that had multiple, complicated sandwiches...but a single sandwich with two LESS items? Come on.nnThe restaurant seems chaotic. Sandwiches pile up on the hot plate/ready zone, waiting to be dispersed. Minimal staff involvement with the front counter; all of the focus seems to be on the drive-thru. Though, this same drive-thru instructs you to drive around and park out front, almost without fail...nnIt never used to be this bad. It's sad really.
