McDonald's

I often visit this location to pick up food for my kids who enjoy McDonald’s, but the experience is usually not very smooth. They are almost always short-staffed, which makes service slower and less convenient. As a vegan, I can’t comment on the food myself; though I do wonder why McDonald’s still doesn’t offer a proper vegan burger option when many other fast food chains already do. This is the closest branch to our home, so we end up coming here fairly often, but I wish the service was quicker and the menu more inclusive.

Ordered extra pickles, came with none! Most tables were dirty with garbage on them. I cleared some of it. All garbages were overflowing. No one cleaned the tables in the hour that we spent there. Mentioned the no pickles to the girl and she was very accommodating. The ice cream machine was broken, the kids were deeply disappointed.

I always go to this McDonald's before or after a Hollywood 3 movie.nnThe food is what you would expect from a McD. About as Mid as you can get.nnThey have iced tea coming out of the dispenser here. Other locations only water comes out when you press the iced tea lever.nSo that's a plus.nnBut I find the service here to be above average compared to other locations. The short caucasian manager lady is kind & professional.

Hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The service here is painfully slow — it felt like I was waiting forever just for a basic order. People who came in after me were still stuck waiting too, so clearly this isn’t a one-off situation. The staff moved at such a slow pace that it honestly seemed like they didn’t care at all about the customers.nnWhen my food finally came, it was a complete disappointment. The fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours, and the burger was dry and clearly not fresh. It was almost like they reheated something that had been made earlier in the day. There’s nothing worse than paying for “fresh” fast food and getting something old and unappetizing instead.nnIf you’re expecting quick service and freshly made food, avoid this location completely. You’ll waste your time waiting, only to get food that tastes like it’s been left out too long. Absolutely not worth it.

Out of all the McDonald's I've been to, this Pitt Meadows one is most definitely the worst. When ordering, all kiosk printers were out of paper, waited for food 2 meals for a little over 10 minutes, when we received our meals- literally all the tables were dirty with random litter and food scraps all over. The food itself was okay, then gave unchopped onions in my double 1/4 pounder and fries were unsalted.
