McDonald's

This McDonald's is always the best out of Maple Ridge and Port Coquitlam by Walmart. They have a fast drive thru and always make my fries hot and crispy! Which I really really appreciate! Thankyou! My McDonald's trips are at 12am-2am when I get off work and haven't eaten all evening so I really appreciate the hot food! Especially at thoes hours!

I just spent 10 minutes in the drive through explaining my meal. It was quite simple.n10 piece chicken nugget meal with a large fry and large root beer and a small fry with a Orange Cream Milkshake. Everytime we had said something; the lady taking the order would either not put it into the system or put it in wrong.

I just stood and waited 40 minutes for a big mac meal. absolute chaos. no one knows what they are doing. they pull tickets out of machines in handfuls and toss them and ask people waiting what they ordered instead of just using the receipts. to hurry people along they put the wrong burgers into bags. I watched 8-10 people in my 40 minutes bring mistakes back to the counter. it would be more if they got orders out any faster. i wanted to ask for my money back so I could leave at the 20minute mark but that would have taken longer I think. when i showed my receipt said Big Mac but they put a grilled chicken in the bag the look on her face was sadness. She knew she put the wrong burger in and actually said Please? are you asking me to please take the wrong order? then Sorry and turned away BUT never told anyone to make a big mac and didn’t put it into any computer so then nobody knew and I had to flag down staff and I started advocating for others with wrong orders to get them organized, I was summarizing everything for them and catching the staff putting the wrong items into bags!!

Garbages were overflowing. None of the tables were cleaned. The drink station was a mess. The floors were very dirty. The receipt printer for the order station wasn't working, but I guess it didn't matter since they didn't bother turning on the T.V. screen for upcoming orders. The fries were hot, which was nice but took a while.

Went inside to order 2 double cheeseburgers, 3 cheeseburgers and 2 apple pies. The cashier obviously wasn’t listening and charged me for only 2 cheeseburgers instead of 3 after I repeated myself twice. I had also said I wanted it to go. When I received my food it was on a tray. I stated that I had asked for it to go and the employee proceeded to go on about the 25 cent charge for a bag when it was your employee that did not listen.
