Very Disappointed With My McDonald’s Drive-Thru Experience stavanger drive  Aug 25 2026 between 11:15am - 11:40nnI am very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s Stavanger. I ordered 3 Oreo McFlurrys at the drive-thru and repeated my order about four times because I noticed on the screen that only one McFlurry was showing. Instead of confirming the order with me, the employee told me to drive ahead, so I assumed everything had been corrected.nnWhen I reached the payment window, I was not shown the amount I was paying, and I was not given a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. I therefore assumed I had paid for all three McFlurrys.nnAt the second window, I was surprised to receive only one McFlurry. When I explained the situation, the employee laughed and said, “Oh, you only paid for one.” There was no apology or proper acknowledgment of the mistake. I was then asked to detour because of an error that happened during the ordering process.nnMistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was how the situation was handled. Laughing at a customer who is trying to explain an ordering mistake is not professional or respectful.nnThis was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at McDonald’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff about the importance of confirming orders, communicating clearly, and treating customers respectfully when mistakes happen.
Same lady keeps messing up simple orders. It’s always when I go through the drive through late. It’s not even like my orders messed up, it’s just completely wrong. Just this location too. Ongoing issue, losing business.
Absolutely disgusted by the guy at drive through.nWe drove by and picked a coffee that was absolutely cold and tasted like lukewarm water, took a sip and left it in the car to pick a few things from the store nearby and returned back to get it replaced if possible,nWith utmost respect we requested the server at dT to replace it for us and he tells us it is supposed to get cold if you come back after 20 minutes and funny it tastes like water because its made of water, these are just a few things I remember that he said. So disappointed as I wasn’t looking for free stuff and wouldn’t waste gas to driveback if it was made right in the first place. I hope this person heals from whatever made them behave so rudely. Pretty self explanatory why this location has the lowest rating because employees like him are out here bullying customers.
This is the 4th time in the past two months that I’ve gone through the drive through, past 11pm and each time the same female worker who manages to brutally mess up my order each time. It’s beginning to become a major issue and I feel as If their should be more consequences to the employees that half ass their job just because they’re working the night shift. I ordered the new chicken parm burger and they managed to give me the complete wrong burger, from now on people should thane their business elsewhere to other places nearby.
