Ordered a chicken meal and the sandwich barely came with any sauce. Literally a drop of sauce and barely any lettuce. Chicken was stale, not fresh at all. For the amount of money I paid for the meal, I expect a better edible /presentable burger. I’m glad I was dining in and able to get a new one if I were to gone through the drive thru and got home with this burger I would be extremely upset. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Quality control needs to be looked at for this location.
The inside of the building is always clean, which is extremely impressive considering all the messy children that eat there, however, I find it absolutely disgusting that they never make any of the food with gloves, EVER. I have seen employees push down the trash in the garbage only to then touch nuggets and make burgers with their bare hands, it really grosses me out, and I do find the service is extremely slow and not as friendly as it used to be, the employees don’t look happy to see you anymore, like they want to get you out of the way instead of it being the happy positive place it used to be, they’re not mean, just not as positive
Food is average McDonald's food, no complaints there, but my complaint comes from the service, as the employees here are disrespectful, slow, and entirely unprofessional.nTonight my partner and I ordered 2 milkshakes, one in their orange cream flavor, and the other in vanilla. We ordered through the app, went through the drive through, and noticed we had 2 orange milkshakes. We thought no problem, just an honest mistake and he went in to have it changed for vanilla.nWhen he entered the store with the digital receipt, asked for it to be changed, and was given ANOTHER orange. When he told the employee it was orange, she rolled her eyes as if he was inconvincing her, when he only wanted the vanilla milkshake.nWe have had a lot of trouble with this location, and the employees are never usually nice majority of the evening/night team, I can not speak on behalf of the day team but I think this may be the final straw seeing this treatment is ongoing.
Place is nice, and service is fast. BUT they are not using glows while assembling your food. Never!nIt is disrespectful and disgusting for customers. I asked nicely to wear glows while making my burger, they apologized , called different person… and that person made another burger with no glows..
Worst Customer service of any McDonald’s I've been to. Usually drive past this one and go out of my way to a further away one for non-shit service.nGive them another chance every now and again to see if it's improved at all. Never has, probably never will.
