I recently visited the McDonald’s on Stavanger Drive and had an excellent experience. The dining room was spotless, with tables and floors impeccably maintained. My order arrived quickly and was served hot—the fries were perfectly crisp and the burger was juicy and flavorful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast, reliable service, clean surroundings, and great-tasting food!
I find out of all the mcdonald's in the city this is the one that is the least consistent. Orders are usually missing something, and when some of the staff not all are informed of this they get quite disgruntled by the fact you'd like to have the food you paid for, not to mention the burgers look like they were made by horses as they just seem to be thrown in the boxes. The wraps may as well come in separate containers as they come to you as a DIY special and the happy meals are barely ever hot...or even warm. I wish I could say this was a one off and maybe im just unlucky but this has happened so often that id rather drive the extra distance to another location.
They don't follow the order and did not received what we paid for!!nThey completely ignored no onion in Quarter BLT and I did not even received my fries.nHalf of the times we order from here for pickup is like this. Either didn't follow the order or missing some menu.nOne of worst McDonald's in town.
Food was fine. The drive-thru employee around 3 AM seemed annoyed that I dared order food. He spoke in an annoyed tone and didn't even look at me when he thrust the bag at my face. Won't be coming back.
constantly getting my order wrong, always have to check the bags before I leave and 9/10 times there’s something missing. never been to a fast food place worse for missing food. normally i have a lot of empathy for fast food workers; i know it’s overwhelming and people are rude. but this location is just something else. hope management eventually gives their workers proper training on remembering to add everything requested in a simple order. it really should be the bare minimum
