I hate to leave bad reviews but, three times in the last 4 in store visits I have received cold food and have had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. When I ask for fresh food to be made I received grief. I have had to ask for a refund in three of four visits only to jump into my car and receive perfect service if I use the drive through. I’m perplexed why they ever offer in store service when they are so adverse to it. If coffee is going to take 10 minutes why make the food right away.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the McDonald's in Pemberton. The staff were consistently rude and displayed a noticeable attitude when I asked for something as simple as cream and sugar. Additionally, they do not keep napkins outside, and when requested, they only provide a few. This level of service is disappointing and needs significant improvement.
One of the worst McDonald's in Canada I have been to. The only good thing about it is the mountain in the background. The higher-ups in the staff, especially management, have no idea about customer service. They kept the best seat in the restaurant occupied during the busy lunch hour for their own use. When we sat next to them, one of the Asian-looking managers had his arm on our side of the seat, almost touching my son's shoulder. The food felt stale, and my wife fell ill the next day because of it. After the manager's break, he took care of the front desk, and I haven't seen a more blunt, rude, and frustrated face ever in the customer service industry.
Oh boy!!! Spend a little more but don’t do a mistake to visit here. Worst ever restaurant I have encountered in Canada . I waited for more than 15 minutes to get my food. I was so ashamed in front of my kids. They were craving so badly. Did a huge mistake. It was a last visit to any McDonald’s chain. Shame on you guys. Do a better service.
Terrible service. Was ignored by all the staff including 3 managers while standing at the counter to get a lid for my drink. Waited 10 minutes for a lid. None of the tables were clean, floors are filthy. Napkins and ketchup were compleatly empty. Likely not restocked for hours. And fries were atleast an hour old.
