McDonald's

Great experience at this McDonald's location! The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. The food was fresh and tasty, exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. The dining area was clean, and there was plenty of seating available. My only minor complaint is that the drive-thru line was a bit long, but it moved at a decent pace. Overall, a solid visit, and I'll definitely be back. 4/5 stars!

It’s a fast food place for a reason. If I wanted to sit and wait for my food I’d go to an actual restaurant. Tired of going through the drive through and being told to park and wait. Food is decent for McDonald’s, service is awful.

All 3 of us had to repeat our order more then 4 or 5 times. Didn't know how to add extra sauce on my bagel. The person that came and helped didn't know how to either. Recommend you use to the touch screen and order yourself off that. Faster and ya get what ya want the first time.

Im not a fast food person but newly just arriving in this town and not having a kitchen to cook, i stopped by for a quick bite. Ordered large fries from kiosk. The service was quick, friendly and the fries were actually fresh and warm. I have never successfully in the past ordered warm food from any other McDonald’s so this was great. The restaurant is big and lots of locals especially seniors hang out here. Bathrooms were really clean. I took off one star because the kiosk did not print my receipt and it took the cashiers way to long to figure out how to reprint it from their end. Also the tables and eating area was quite dirty and I had to clear out and clean my table myself.

Everytime they screw up my order. Service is worse because when I order through kiosk and request for table service, I see guys yelling and just standing there busy with their phone. Happens everytime. Same with drive thru, always miss something and I don't have the patience to come back. Got the new grilled avocado wrap, and the chicken was literally smelling, French fries were cold, sauce missing as usual. They have to screw something up always and are very consistent in that.nAfter all the poor reviews that I see here, it seems that they are not following any food safety standards. Staff is always busy talking in their own language and it seems that they are only here for SINP and not to cater the customers with proper customer service.
