McDonald's

We ordered for our family of four tonight and dined in. My son had a Mc double, when he opened it there was a long hair in it eewh! I went back to the counter and he was offered a new one. Please employees wear your hair nets! This is disgusting and should not be happening! Also, my daughter is not a big meat lover, unfortunately they did not offer any fish or alternatives for her. Not a place where I would go back to.

Disappointing service. Cashier charged for additional drink corrected error by reversing 2 drinks then refused to give me the drink I wanted after the second error. All I wanted was one drink with my meal. This was a case of poor training to resolving a simple error or misunderstanding. For 1.99 not worth the frustration. Issue should have been resolved on the spot and quickly. This is a rest stop for travelers who have been driving for hours. Staff should have some compassion.

Poor service. Kept giving customers after me that had ordered their orders even though I had a small order. The food was all stale and they forgot to put the chicken nugget sauce in the bag and tried to wait for someone to ask them for it but they didn’t acknowledge me. After 5 minutes gave up and left
