McDonald's

I called this McDonald and had explained to a Randy character that I was stuck in the snow for some time and had no money for food so I asked if I could have one of my family members call them to purchase a gift card so that I can be able to eat something and there respond was "No" asked for an explanation and she said it was a scam I asked how and she didn't give a explanation I then asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she is the manager I asked to speak to someone else and she stated there was absolutely no one else in the whole McDonald to speak to. This so called "manager" 'RANDY', She wasn't only inconsiderate but also inarticulate as to my situation being I was stuck in a snow storm and had no money she was very rude and not very helpful or willing to help. DON'T BE COLD HEARTED LIKE RANDY. BE KIND TO OTHERS HELP EACH OTHER OUT BE CONSIDERATE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH!!

My friend and I stopped here in the wee hours of the morning on our trip from Berlin New Jersey to see the Bills play the Dolphins in Buffalo. When you walk into a place at 5 a.m. You don't normally find a very smiling bubbly happy funny person waiting to greet you.. We met a wonderful employee her name was Sam. The service industry should have more bubbly people like her working at that hour and McDonald's should be proud of the way she treats her customers and notice her for that. She made such a good impression that on a return trip home we made it a plan stop for our dinner. This time we found the same thing with an employee named Makayla. She too was happy not quite as bubbly patient because we did not know the menu for dinner offered suggestions and again should be commended for her excellent customer service. I don't usually go to McDonald's but this McDonald's made totally different impression on both myself and my friend and certainly Sam made the beginning of our trip well worth the long ride ahead of us and our second visit.

Drive through moves pretty quick. Pleasant drive thru cashier and they make the best cream cheese bagel toasted with butter and jelly. They follow details well

100 % better than the dirty as can be one at gibson exit with friendlier service.

One of the better McDonald's I have been in. Fast service and the place is clean. Don't expect much food wise it is still a McDonald's. Their breakfast stuff is not bad.
