McDonald's

Very shity service for a major company. No one can even answer the phone. Twice now going through the drivethru and missing stuff from orders and don't matter how many times you call no one calls you back

While McDonald's is revered an known worldwide the service today was lacking in both efficiency and friendliness. I ordered for two people but wasn't explained there would only be one cup. We had to go back and ask for another cup. Then there was no water. For someone who doesn't drink soda or juice I had to resort to eating ice cubes. Not ideal. The chicken wrap was lack lustre and barely had any lettuce. It was not good quality food compared to other McDonald chains I have been to. They need more than two places to order because the self serve at both kiosks were broken. Serving a city at lunch hour on just two cash with a lined up drive thru to boot is poor efficiency. I will not return to this place for the duration of my visit.

It's McDonalds. Food is as expected, but the service can be hit and miss. Usually good though

The washrooms are always dirty, lacking toilet paper and hot water. The cold water splashes out of the sink making a big mess and the hand dryer has not worked for years!! Very unclean restaurant!
