Sense of urgency in this place is lacking. Order took almost 20 minutes to get to me, and I would have taken longer, I am guessing if the staff member didn't see my frustration. Will be taking my business to mirimachi.

Usualy fast service when you go inside to take out. Drive-thru is hit or miss but still good service as allways

Horrible service and horrible experience. Made an online order and waited over half an hour for my food. When they showed they didn’t even have everything. We ordered 3 kids meal with 3 drinks. They brought 2 kids meal with 4 drinks. When we told them they were missing one they where confused even though the receipt was taped on the box. She went inside came back out without the missing food looking confused. Showed her the receipt, she takes it, goes back inside comes back out 10 minutes later with the 3rd box. We had ordered apples, we got fries. We had ordered honey they gave us hot mustard and not enough straws. We got no apologies, she said thank you. Called the supervisor and she was extremely rude. No apologies, said she didn’t have time to argue and she could pass the phone to another supervisor. Is that how your supposed to treat customers?? Not impressed!!!

We had a terrible experience. After ordering, we waited 25 minutes to get our food. When we finally did, the food was cold, half of the items were missing and none of the drinks were the size we had ordered. The staff was unhelpful and did not really care about fixing it it took another 15 minutes for them to prepare a second breakfast sandwich to complete our order. The place was filthy and there were flies everywhere. We won't be returning.

I have to be honest I was really disappointed. I had preordered on my app before going to pick it up, I live around 10 minutes away. When I got there at 11h44 pm I got in line in the drive tru 2 alternating. It took more than 15 min to get my order + I had bought half a dozen of doughnut and they were still half frozen.nI have to say this though these might be the reasons for what happened.n1- Lack of employeesn2- New employeesn3- having the 2 drive tru opened at that time of the day.nnI think that whenever they know that they can't answer the demands they should at least close off one of the lanes. Like I know some McDonald's do.
