I got yelled at by 3 different employees because I ordered using the mobile app and I chose to pickup my order at the front counter without knowing they were renovating and nobody was allowed inside. Maybe disable the option if people aren't allowed to use it?

The lady taking our orders forgot almost 2 meals a mcflurry 2 fries and 4 of our drinks and had to go inside twice the first time they still forgot what we had ordered. We went inside a second time and tried asking for the manager but was told by a woman that the manager spoke French so we wouldn't be able to talk to her/him.nWhen we got our drinks and food they made us pay for 2 fries and gave another 2 free fries for the mixup but was told we had to pay for the drinks and the 2 first fries and mcflurrynWaited 30+ mins for everything

We stop here all the time on my way through town because of the play area.nTonight, we were sitting at the play area and all the tables were cleared but they were covered in lettuce, big Mac sauce, salt etc.nSomeone should run down and check that

They systematically get every order wrong. I don't know how they do it, it's a true art.

The one in Amos is better than the one in Chibougamau. The one in Amos is more organized and cleaner; you get served sooner and it feels more comfortable if you eat in store. The english is better in Chibougamau than in Amos but service is good at both locals.
