I visited this McDonald's right before closing. There were two high school basketball teams there for dinner. Considering the line of approximately 35 people, I was surprised by both the speed and quality of the service and food, respectively. The bathrooms needed cleaning, though I attribute that to the time of the day and the volume of customers.

Ordered 2 kids meal cheeseburgers and 2 big mac meals. 20+ minute wait time for in-lobby at 6pm. Wanted a frappe but they said the machine was down. Watched a customer (current/ex employee?) walk a worker through making a smoothie or frappe. Saw several employees leaning, wandering around like they don't know how to make this nightmare end faster. Staff needs more training, this is not Fast food. Seen other mcdonalds handle more customers in less time with fewer employees.

Consistently the slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. Needs some new management. Should I mention the lukewarm food too?

We asked to do two orders, which they agreed to. While we were ordering the first, they cut us off while ordering to end the first order, thus, we had to do three after trying to explain that the first order wasn't complete. We ordered Habanero Ranch, and we received Siracha Mac Sauce, Ranch, and Buffalo sauces without being told there wasn't Habanero Ranch. Fries came salted even though they were requested to be unsalted. Interactions with staff were very difficult.

Went in doors to order and we were the only ones there later in the evening. Ordered a mac meal and a hamburger....it took over 15 minutes before we got our food. I had to ask for my drinking cup to get my soda only to find out the ice machines were broken. You'd think the counter person would have done his job better. I gave 2 stars only because food was good, but service was as poor as it could get.
