The Caro McDonald's by far exceeds my expectations of what it should! It is definitely my pick of McDonald's around here! I drive to the Caro one instead of the Cass City one all the time just for the friendly customer service! They get my order right EVERY TIME AND DO NOT try to OVER CHARGE me. 😊 My daughter and I absolutely LOVE their caramel frappe! We ask them to line the cup with extra caramel 1st and then put extra caramel on top... To just "load it up"...AND THEY DO! 😉😊 The one in Cass City would literally give us 2 lines and say "have a good day move along"! Umm hello I am paying for that? 🤔 not Caro though! They know exactly what we want and how we want it! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PEOPLE AT THE CARO MCDONALD'S!!!! Thanks so much for getting our drinks right! Everytime! You rock!

They don’t hire very intelligent people. Handed me my food and I asked is this everything? He stated yes.... Wrong forget my fries. But that ok you can pick them next time you come in. This is coming from a manager.Guess that’s considered one of the perks just don’t give the customer his order and we can eat it. This is like the fifth time in a couple of months.

It's McDonald's.... Not quite sure what else to add. We do have a pretty good bunch of people that work in Caro so they keep the restuarant clean and friendly

Drive through gets lots of traffic while inside service is slow. Lots of freshly cooked menu choices and they have all the cafe choices. If you have time to wait it's a good choice for travelers. I give it three stars because of long waiting time.
