McDonald's

Over 30 mins in drive thru. Lobby closed due to lack of staff which I totally understand but when you finally reach the window to pay, one car in front of me, you see a female worker sticking her head out the window chit chatting with the car in front of me, using the f word. Then it's your turn, cars lined up so far you don't see the end, no one inside is concerned, they are laughing, singing, previously mentioned female is still doing nothing but visiting with her co-workers. I'm anger at this point. I ask if there's a manager because I find it hard to believe there is one available with what is occurring. Then I get no receipt and no way to get one, no ranch or napkins in our bag!!! My sandwich was smashed and all the condiments were in one spot, the center!! I get having limited staff but these kids working tonight need some direction in good work ethic and the appearance they showed the public tonight.

I wish i could have rated it even lower, absolutely the worst drive thru service ive ever experienced. I was in line with about eight other cars for a good 40 minutes. Nearly every other car had to then go inside to get the order fixed. Even my pop was wrong.TERRIBLE service.

Drive thru orders are not taken in the order you pull up. Given 2 drive thru lanes, we waited for 2 other orders to be taken from other lane before our order was taken. Food was not fresh/hot. Facility recently upgraded; time for some service improvements!

Ordered 3 plain mcdoubles and 2 small fries. Had to get refunded because I couldn't wait any longer. Took over 15 mins

Service here is subpar. Usually McDonald's has better standards. Not sure of the circumstances but I usually avoid this place. Waits are very long almost anytime of day.
