McDonald's

Every time I come here the service is super slow and the food is not great. Half the time it’s cold or they screw up your order. Best just to go to a different location.

New ownership has all locations gone to s**t. Prices hiked. Definitely better options

Waited 10 minutes at the cash to place my order... No staff... everyone in the back... currently sitting in the drive through.. I've been waiting 8 minutes to place my order. I could drive to the other end of the city for a flurry on this hot day.. or the management could really just manage their staff properly, keep their restaurant clean because it's disgusting and unlock the one washroom they have so pregnant women can pee.... just saying. This place is terrible.

The screen I ordered from was very polite and allowed me the time to stand and decide what I wanted, as I was feeling quite indecisive that morning. The food took a good 10 minutes to be prepared, as I was not the only patron at this time. But by my eye, McMuffin's were being constantly thrown together. The staff was in constant motion. I had no complaints. The food when it did arrive: it was freshly made, right from the grill / deep fry. I had two hashbrowns and a McGriddle that were out of this world. Would do it all again.

They refurbished the interior after the fort mac fire so it looks as nice as the timberlea. Drive thru has been improved. Unfortunately it seems there's more homeless/drunk people in here than any other MacDonald's in fort Mac. Not a good spot for kids in my opinion.
