McDonald's

I went to the Rock Falls McDonalds tonight around 11pm. Got off work wanted a quick bite to eat. There was one car infront of me and the parking lot was empty. It took me 30 minutes to get my food! And to make it better when my food was handed to me. I had ordered a large fry, i got a large container but the amount of a small. Then i had to remind them 2 times that i had ordered a meal, which comes with a drink but they were not giving me. I am very disappointed in the service. Ive never had that type of service before. If you are open 24hours you should be ready to make food. Not make 2 customers wait 30 minutes to get their food.

We waited 45 minutes after ordering and we never did get our order. Finally I told them I wanted my money back got it and left. That was insane espically for 1am. Everyone in front of us AND behind us got their food while we waited!!! Very very pissed and hungry right now!

Need to learn customer service on 3rd shift. Lady didnt make my drinks and then sat there arguing with me saying she did. Then she turn around and.storm off without even saying anything. I shouldve slapped the black off of her maybe she'd learn a lil respect. I'm gonna keep going to dixon cause at least they give u your food on time and they dont forget to give you your drinks

It was a great halfway stop for some food in a terrible foggy drive nice friendly staff and a time to regroup before heading home
